4.               Discussion and possible action for approval of the May, 2017, Defined Benefit payroll. This month there are 129 checks to be issued for 129 participants in the amount of $147,319.76. 6.               Discussion and possible action for approval of Outstanding Retirement Investments at Market Value of $6,059,582.07 and at Par Value of $5,989,419.02 as provided by the Bank of Oklahoma/LPL for April,              2017. 7.               Discussion and possible action for approval of monthly investment and administration fees for April, 2017, in the amount of $31,319.44 submitted by InvesTrust. 8.               Discussion and possible action to approve funds to be transferred to escrow account for June, 2017, Mutual Fund Reimbursements to participants in the amount of $16,777.24. 24.            Discussion and possible action to approve purchase of Judgement rendered against the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County in the amount of $37,500.00 entered in Jones v.
